 NEW Client Appointment Consultation and Cancellation Policy
NEW Client booking Neurotoxin ( Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau)
For NEW clients booking Neurotoxin ( Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau) – A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment for NEW clients seeking (Botox, dysport, Jeuveau). This deposit can be paid through Venmo to @HouseofAestheticsmedspa or paid over the phone with a credit card.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, the $$75 booking fee will be applied to a future appointment.
If you do not show up for your appointment without canceling or reschedule less than 24 hours, the full $$75 booking fee will be forfeited and will not be applied to services.
NEW Client Booking Dermal Fillers, Laser Treatments, Microneedling, PDO thread lifts, and Kybella.
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment for new clients seeking Dermal Fillers, Laser Treatments, Microneedling, PDO thread lifts, and Kybella. This deposit can be paid through Venmo to @HouseofAestheticsmedspa or paid over the phone with a credit card.
The deposit will be applied to the cost of services rendered at your appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, the $150 booking fee will be applied to a future appointment.
If you do not show up for your appointment without canceling or reschedule less than 24 hours, the full $150 booking fee will be forfeited.

Consultation Policy
A mini consultation before an in-person consultation is required for all new clients seeking Dermal Fillers, Laser Treatments, Microneedling, PDO Thread Lifts, and Kybella. (Can be treated the same day for in-person consultation.)
A mini consultation helps determine the appropriate time needed for the in-person consultation and estimated cost.
We take great pride in honoring the appointment times of all our clients. Our aim is to ensure that our Providers have enough time to efficiently attend to each client, allowing them to deliver the highest quality service and achieve the best possible results.
For new clients who booked Neurotoxin -( Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau) MUST cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours in advanced if less than 24 hours you will be charged the credit card on file of the cancellation/rescheduling/ no show fee of $75

Recurrent Client Appointment and Cancellation Policy
Upon booking an appointment, we ask to have a card on file. If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours or more in advance. If done in less than 24 hour’s notice your card will be charged $75 to make up for the time slot that the Provider/RN kept your appointment open for you.
*Please note that your appointment will be automatically canceled if you do not confirm your appointment at least 24 hours or more in advance or your card will be charged $75 and not be applied to your account or services.

Social Media Policy
Thank you for choosing House of Aesthetics for your aesthetic needs. We are a visual business, and visuals help our business grow.
Moving forward, we will be asking all clients to give consent to some sort of social media posting. This could include partial faces in the photo or a bar covering the eyes at the least.
We also believe that our social media photos can be a valuable resource for other people who are looking for a needed treatment. By posting photos of our clients’ results, we can help people to see what we can do and to make an informed decision.
We also offer the option of having faces partially obscured or having a bar covering the eyes.

Sales Policy
All sales rendered at House of Aesthetics Med Spa are FINAL. We work with each client to discuss their treatments, realistic outcomes, benefits and risks associated with each treatment. Injectables, laser treatment, and peels are all final sale. Refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed.
However, at House of Aesthetics Med Spa we pride ourselves on our clients having a great experience. All unused services values, cash equivalent for the remaining amount can be applied to any services provided at House of Aesthetics Med Spa.
Our consults provide and set realistic outcomes. In the industry of Aesthetics results always varies from client to client. It is impossible to predict results, purchased services are for performed treatments.
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to be rescheduled. You will be charged what is applicable to your booked service of either appointment/cancellation fee ($75) or forfeiting applying the consultation fee ($150) “for the time slot that was allotted for you appointment will be canceled due to the treatment being considered infeasible.
We reserve the right to refuse appointments to any patient who has demonstrated disregard of our cancellation policy.
Missed appointments result in a loss of revenue for House of Aesthetics. Furthermore, missed appointments with no notice fail to allow other clients to take the appointment time that was allotted for you.
