For NEW clients booking Neurotoxin ( Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau) – A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment for NEW clients seeking (Botox, dysport, Jeuveau). This deposit can be paid through Venmo to @HouseofAestheticsmedspa or paid over the phone with a credit card.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, the $100 booking fee will be applied to a future appointment.
If you do not show up for your appointment without canceling or reschedule less than 24 hours, the full $100 booking fee will be forfeited and will not be applied to services.

Dermal Fillers, Laser Treatments, Microneedling, PDO thread lifts, and Kybella.

A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment for new clients seeking Dermal Fillers, Laser Treatments, Microneedling, PDO thread lifts, and Kybella. This deposit can be paid through Venmo to @HouseofAestheticsmedspa or paid over the phone with a credit card.
The deposit will be applied to the cost of services rendered at your appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, the $150 booking fee will be applied to a future appointment.
If you do not show up for your appointment without canceling or reschedule less than 24 hours, the full $150 booking fee will be forfeited.

Upon booking an appointment, we ask to have a card on file. If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours or more in advance. If done in less than 24 hour’s notice your card will be charged $100 to make up for the time slot that the Provider/RN kept your appointment open for you.
